The Mobile Director of Business Development position leads the execution of the Sales and Marketing plan to build relationships with referral sources within the communities we serve while leading the growth of the agency and supporting the growth of the organization. This person may be assigned to any of the following roles; assist the current Director of Business Developement, temporarliy fill a vacant Director of Business Developement position or step into an Account Excutive position to temporarily to give support to the agency. The territory will cover the state of La and Ms as well as parts of AR, OK and SC. This position will be 80% travel. Perferred Candidates from only La. Ms. Ar. Ok. and SC.

The Position:

The Mobile Director of Business Development will assist with leading the agency to achieve growth expectations according to revenue, census and start of care budget goals. The Mobile Director of Business Development is key player in attaining metric goals in Heart of Hospice’s Growth pillar. This position leads the execution of the Sales and Marketing plan to build relationships with referral sources within the communities we serve while leading the growth of the agency and supporting the growth of the organization. His/Her assignment may involve stepping into the account executive or director of business developmet role or assist the current director of business devopment in obtaining the coals of the agency. 

The Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration; or extensive experience in related field preferred.
  • Multi State Healthcare Sales experience perferred
  • Minimum of three years of Healthcare sales experience preferred
  • Experience in Hospice sales is a plus
  • Hospice and/or volunteer experience preferred.
