We are hiring an Admissions Coordinator to join our Heart of Hospice team.

The Admissions Coordinator coordinates all aspects of the referral to admission process.  They are responsible for consistently deliver on obligations and promises to our customers.  In addition, they are patient care focused who can easily overcome objections to help more eligible people receive the gift of Heart of Hospice.   

This position is full time and does require some on-call. 

The Requirements

  • High School Diploma/Equivalency.
  • 1 year healthcare experience, hospice preferred.
  • Customer Service/Sales experience a plus
  • Computer experience including knowledge of Microsoft office
