The Corporate Office Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient operation of the corporate office and providing support to the employees employed in the Corporate Office in Charleston and those working remotely. He/she will demonstrate a professional work environment.

The Position:

The Corporate Office Manager is responsible for coordinating all office activities to include maintaining personnel records (rate changes, benefits, vacation and sick changes etc.) processing payroll for corporate employees, completing expense reports, maintaining account payable files, entering invoices and submits for timely payment. He/she will coordinate company-wide meetings, training and coordinate travel as well as accommodations. Recruit, train and orient new employees. Maintain office supplies, equipment and printed materials.

The Requirements:

  • College degree, Business Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years office management experience.
  • Must possess strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Event planning experience preferred.
